Technical requirements:
the width of the skirting board should be adjusted to the thickness of Styrofoam or mineral wool
skirting board should be very precisely leveled and permanently fixed to the wall with dowels selected according to the type of material from which the wall was made
if the substrate is uneven, spacers should be used.
