PSB Mrowka accept returns within 30 days of date of successful delivery. Product must be in original condition. Refund will be issued within 3 working days to your bank account or Paypal account.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or to exchange products that have been cut to size, made to measure or mixed to your individual requirements. Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including perishable products such as plants or turf, will not be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly delivered. Your consumer rights are not affected.
Faulty products
If a product you purchase is faulty, you may be offered a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights.
For products bought from PSB Mrowka you can return faulty products to our store.
You will need your proof of purchase when returning a faulty product and the original payment method for the processing of any associated refund.
Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any Goods purchased through the Site is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Goods in question.
PSB Mrowka shall not be liable to the Customer in contract, common law or otherwise for any of the following losses or damages, arising out of, or in connection with, the supply, non-supply or delay in supplying the Goods or otherwise in connection with the Contract:
a. loss of income or revenue;
b. loss of business;
c. loss of profits or contracts;
d. loss, costs, damage, costs or expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of third party claims;
e. loss of actual or anticipated profits;
f. loss of business opportunity;
g. loss of anticipated savings;
h. loss of goodwill;
i. injury to reputation;
j. loss of production;
k. loss of contribution to overheads;
l. waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise;
m. loss of life;
n. or any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused.
PSB Mrowka will not be liable for any loss or delays arising from circumstances beyond our control. In case of a unresolved dispute between the seller and the buyer, if any issues are not included in the policy, they are determined by the seller. By purchasing from our shop you accept the policy.
