Description
increase waterproofing around places where the use of ATLAS WODER type waterproofing alone is not sufficient protection against moisture – especially in the corners of wet and damp areas, along wall-floor interfaces, along the course of expansion joints (including construction joints) and work gaps.
They are a complete set for sealing wet areas:
– ATLAS HYDROBAND 3G tape – with two widths: 125 mm (with scaling and perforation) and 250 mm (without scaling and perforation), for sealing the edges of walls and floor bases and expansion gaps,
– Internal corner ATLAS HYDROBAND 3G – a heat-formed element made of sealing tape, for sealing internal corners of rooms,
– External corner ATLAS HYDROBAND 3G – heat-formed element from sealing tape, for sealing external corners of rooms.
Protect against moisture generated inside buildings – plasters and screeds in wet rooms (bathrooms, baths, showers, kitchens, car washes), especially in the wet zones of these rooms – around shower stalls, sinks, bathtubs, sinks, etc.
Protect against moisture generated outside – balconies and terraces, basements, water tanks, underground garages, manholes, etc.
They are recommended for the protection of elements particularly vulnerable to damage in contact with moisture – gypsum products (boards, plaster) and anhydrite, cellular concrete, OSB, etc.

Main properties
ATLAS HYDROBAND 3G consists of three layers:
– two outer, made of alkali-resistant, non-woven polypropylene,
– the middle one, made of an aging-resistant, thermoplastic elastomer.
This arrangement of layers ensures reliable sealing and optimal adhesion of the tape to the waterproofing.
High chemical resistance to aggressive environments – to alkalis and dilute acids.
The possibility of significant extension of the tape in the transverse direction – it is flexible – it retains waterproofing even with significant deformation, making it an ideal sealing of the joints of two structural elements that are in contact with each other, but working differently, such as the edge of the wall and the floor.
High tensile strength – thanks to the use of highly resistant materials: knitted polypropylene and thermo-plastic elastomer.
