CEKOL A-45 Finish is particularly suitable for final smoothing and levelling of surfaces before painting. Allows a perfectly smooth, easy to paint white surface. It does not turn yellow when exposed to light. Any minor irregularities in the compound can be sanded with sandpaper or a mesh after drying. After drying it is suitable for painting with all types of paint.
PROPERTIES
CEKOL A-45 Finish is a ready-to-use decorative putty based on acrylic dispersion and white natural top quality fillers. It is used for levelling and filling surfaces before painting, as well as for obtaining decorative coats. It can be used indoors on concrete and gypsum substrates, gypsum plaster boards, seasoned traditional cement-lime plaster and acrylic paint coats characterised by high adhesion to the substrate. Recommended for manual application: by trowel or roller and mechanical application by means of suitable aggregates and tools.
SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The substrate should be even, clean, compact and free from grease. Any loose elements not permanently attached to the substrate should be removed. Highly absorbent substrates should be primed with CEKOL DL-80.
APPLICATION
The product should be applied to the surface using stainless steel tools, a suitable roller or by machine. The thickness of the applied coat should be up to 3 mm. Another layer can be applied after the first layer has hardened and dried.The compound can be applied smoothly or can be given a variety of decorative shapes and textures. The texture pattern depends on the tools to be used. Clean the tools under running water immediately after use.
STORAGE
Store in original packaging, in dry and dark rooms, away from heat sources, protect from overheating and frost.
